Abia PDP, Guber Candidate, Anosike, Celebrate National Organising Secretary, Capt. Umar Bature, on His Birthday
The Abia State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has joined party leaders, members and well-wishers across Nigeria in celebrating the National Organising Secretary of the party, Capt. Umar Bature, on the occasion of his birthday.
The Abia PDP in a statement described Capt. Bature as a cerebral politician, consummate party administrator, disciplined organiser and frontline Nigerian political strategist, whose commitment to the growth and stability of the PDP continues to distinguish him as one of the party’s most valuable national assets.
According to the Party, Bature has demonstrated through his conduct in party affairs that effective political leadership is not merely about occupying an office, but about possessing the discipline, courage, organisational capacity and intellectual depth required to transform responsibility into service. His contributions to the organisation and coordination of the party have, over time, earned him the respect and confidence of members across the country.
The party noted that at a time when political parties require individuals who understand that organisation is the backbone of political strength, Capt. Bature has consistently brought diligence, commitment and a profound sense of duty to his responsibilities as National Organising Secretary. His approach, the party observed, reflects the enduring principle that political institutions become stronger when entrusted to people who place the collective interest above personal convenience.
Similarly, the PDP Governorship Candidate in Abia State, Dr. Kelechi Anosike, has joined the State Working Committee and the entire Abia PDP family in celebrating Capt. Bature, describing him as a remarkable personality and a great blessing to the PDP family.
Dr. Anosike particularly acknowledged his organisational competence, intellectual capacity, discipline and unwavering commitment to the ideals of the party.
The Abia PDP leadership further stated that Capt. Bature represents a generation of political leaders whose relevance is defined not by noise or political theatrics, but by competence, consistency, character and results. In the philosophy of political leadership, the party noted, history ultimately remembers those who strengthen institutions, build bridges among people and remain steadfast when the demands of duty become difficult.
