2. IMPACT ON PROJECTS:* Kabila does not believe in shabby jobs. He does not take kickbacks to sell a fowl with broken legs to his own people. The roads he atteacted many years ago are still motorable today. The schools are still standing serving the purpose for which they were built. Because what is done in sincerity endures, while what is done in deceit collapses.
3. IMPACT OF CHARISMA:* His charisma is humility in power, strength in service, and integrity in representation. He speaks the language of the market woman, the youth, and the elder. He listens. He gives. He delivers. He brings happiness and joy because his representation is based on TRUST.
