Speaking with journalists shortly after receiving a rousing welcome from party supporters at the Imo State Airport, Anosike declared that the PDP has returned stronger, more united, and better positioned to reclaim power in Abia State.

According to him, the massive turnout of party faithful at the airport reflects the renewed confidence of Abians in the PDP and signals the beginning of a new chapter for the party.

“The crowd you are seeing here is a loud and eloquent testimony to our collective determination to take over the government of Abia State. It is the same PDP, but with new standards, renewed energy, and a fresh direction,” he said.

Anosike thanked God for His grace and expressed appreciation to the party’s national leadership for their efforts in repositioning the PDP. He specifically acknowledged the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barr. Nyesom Wike, the party’s National Chairman, Alhaji Abrahim Muhammad, and National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu, for their commitment to strengthening the party in Abia State.

“I am delighted by this mammoth crowd. It is a clear indication that the people of Abia State are ready to welcome the PDP back. Our party is strong, united, and prepared for victory,” he stated.

Describing his arrival as a symbolic homecoming following his emergence as the PDP’s governorship candidate, Anosike expressed gratitude to party stakeholders, delegates, members of the State Working Committee, and supporters across the state for their unwavering support and confidence in his candidacy.
