Mayor Lucky Igbokwe, popularly known as Don Lulu and honoured with the title Odokara Omee I, has expressed heartfelt appreciation to everyone who celebrated him on the occasion of his birthday.
In a message of gratitude, Don Lulu thanked friends, associates, supporters, and well-wishers for the overwhelming outpouring of love, prayers, goodwill messages, phone calls, visits, and gifts he received during the celebration.
He described the gestures as deeply humbling, noting that the show of love and support made his birthday truly special and memorable.
“I sincerely thank everyone who, in one way or another, celebrated my birthday with me. I am deeply humbled by your prayers, goodwill messages, phone calls, visits, gifts, and the overwhelming show of love and support,” he said.
Don Lulu acknowledged that although he might not be able to respond to everyone individually, he genuinely appreciates every act of kindness extended to him.
He also offered prayers for all who celebrated with him, asking God Almighty to richly bless them with good health, peace, favour, and abundant success in all their endeavours.
