Leaders drawn from political, governmental, and community structures across Bende Federal Constituency have thrown their weight behind the aspiration of Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso for the House of Representatives, urging him to formally contest the seat ahead of the forthcoming elections.
The endorsement emerged during a well-attended stakeholders’ meeting held in Igbere, where government appointees, political leaders, traditional stakeholders, and representatives from all thirteen wards of the constituency unanimously expressed confidence in Dr. Anyaso’s leadership capacity and development-driven vision.
Presenting the aspirant to the gathering, Abia State Commissioner for Agriculture, Dr. Cliff Agbaeze, explained that the call for Dr. Anyaso to run was motivated by his established track record of service and the trust he has earned among the people.

According to him, Bende requires credible and competent representation anchored on vision, accessibility, and measurable development outcomes. He noted that the widespread support for Dr. Anyaso reflects a collective conviction across the constituency regarding his ability to deliver effective representation at the national level.
