Niger Delta Youth Peace Builders Rally Behind Dr Otuaro, Amid Smear Campaign

The Niger Delta region has witnessed a surge in development and peace under the leadership of Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

However, recent attempts to tarnish his reputation have been met with fierce resistance from youths across the region.

Comrade Chibuike Emmanuel, National President of Niger Delta Youth Peace Builders, has led the charge in defending Dr Otuaro’s integrity. “Dr. Otuaro’s commitment to empowering ex-agitators and fostering peace in the Niger Delta is unwavering,” Emmanuel said. “We will not stand idly by, while malicious allegations threaten to undermine his progress.”

The programme has provided skill acquisition training, educational scholarships, and entrepreneurial support, empowering thousands of youths to become productive members of their communities.
