ADC Poised for a Strong Comeback in Abia, Vows to Offer Credible Leadership Alternative

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Abia State has reaffirmed its commitment to playing an active role in the state’s political landscape, setting the stage for a strong comeback ahead of the 2027 general elections.

 

 

During a familiarization meeting held in Umuahia, ADC party leaders and stakeholders came together to strengthen their party unity,review past experience and as well, map out strategic plans for the future.

Speaking after the meeting, the Abia State Chairman, Don Norman Obinna, emphasized that the party is focused on moving forward, leaving behind past challenges and rebuilding a formidable political force.

 

 

“We have come together as a family to realign our vision and reposition ADC as a credible alternative for Abians. Our objective is clear,it is to present a vibrant and robust opposition to the current administration, while preparing to take over leadership in 2027,” Obinna stated.

 

He assured the members and Abians that ADC is back with renewed energy and ready to engage actively in governance discussions, advocate for the welfare of citizens and champion policies that would improve the lives of Abians. The party leadership also reiterated that ADC remains intact, with all members united in the mission to offer credible leadership.

 

 

Obinna further highlighted that ADC would be a voice for the people, ensuring accountability and good governance in Abia State. “We will not shy away from our responsibilities. Our people deserve better, and we are determined to work tirelessly to secure a better future for all Abians,” he affirmed.
