Abia Majority Leader Resumes Office, Assures Abians Of Quality Legislation

The Member representing Arochukwu state constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon Kalu Uchenna Okoro, today, resumed office officially, as the Majority Leader of the 8th Assembly.

The Leader who at his first day in office, dedicated his new office to God and as well, hosted some guests who came to felicitate with him.

Hon Okoro who was appreciative of the work of God in his life, reiterated his commitment to serve not just the people of Arochukwu but Abians in general.

Hon Okoro, offering Prayers to God

He assured Abians of quality representation, stating that he would work with his colleagues to make laws that would enhance the wellbeing of Abians,as well as, the development of the State.

According to him, the 8th Abia State House of Assembly under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Emeruwa, would do its best in carrying out legislative functions for the overall interest of the State.

He, however, called for the support of Abians, as their desired change can not be actualized, without collective responsibility.


Among those who visited the Majority Leader on his first day in office,was the Chief Whip of the House, Hon. Emeka Obioma.
