Ukwa East Renewed Hope Ambassadors Coordinator Disowns Purported Meeting Invitation
The Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Ukwa East Local Government Area of Abia State, Comrade Benedict Godson, has distanced himself from a purported invitation currently circulating on social media, allegedly convening members of the group for a consultation and familiarization meeting.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Godson described the invitation as unauthorised, stressing that he neither approved nor had prior knowledge of the proposed meeting.
According to him, as the duly appointed and officially recognised Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Ukwa East LGA, no individual or group has the authority to organise meetings or activities in the name of the organisation without his knowledge and approval.
He urged members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors and the general public to disregard any invitation or gathering purportedly organised in the name of the body unless it is officially convened and communicated by his office.
Godson reaffirmed that the leadership of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Ukwa East remains committed to due process, unity, and the proper coordination of the organisation’s activities.
He assured members that all official meetings, consultations, and engagements of the group would continue to be communicated through recognised and appropriate channels.
The Coordinator also called on members to remain united and avoid being misled by unauthorised persons seeking to create confusion within the organisation.
