Dr Chima Anyaso Voted As Vanguard Real Estate Icon Of The Year, Sends Goodwill To Gov Alex Otti
Dr Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, the Chief Executive Officer of Caades Group and Founder of the Chima Anyaso Foundation, has been voted as Vanguard’s Real Estate Icon of the Year.
This prestigious award recognizes Dr. Anyaso’s outstanding achievements in the real estate sector within a short period, placing him among the industry’s top realtors.
In a message, the Board of Editors of Vanguard Media Limited, notified Dr Chima Anyaso, maintaining that his efforts have brought contributions to the growth the private sector.
According to the Message, the Board of Editors, said Dr Anyaso has not only distinguished himself as one of the leading authorities
in the real estate industry, but also one of the enterprising young business leaders in Nigeria.

Recall, that Dr Chima Anyaso’s passion for entrepreneurship, which he developed early in life, resulted in the
growth of the Caades Group, the parent company of Ceecon Energy Oil & Gas.
Today, the company reportedly generates turnover in excess of $1 bilion,
with a client base that includes Addax, Hotel, Oando, Wabeco, Total and Mobil
among others.
In another development, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyasọ, has hailed the present administration in Abia State, led by His Excellency, Governor Alex Otti OFR, on the flag-off of the construction of sections 1 and 2 of the 13 kilometre Onuinyang – Okporoenyi – Oboro – Ikwuano road.
The two sections of the flagged- off road project straddle the two Senatorial zones of Abia North and Central and constitute the fourth and fifth of the nine roads earlier procured by the Ministry of Works sometime in October last year.
The event which took place Thursday, 30th January, 2025, at the Central School Okporoenyi, in Bende Local Government Area, had Abians jubilating over the project,which they said would give them access to neighboring communities and as well, providing easy access to evacuate their farm produces to markets.
Dr. Anyasọ in his short message to the Abia Governor says “Governor, keep up the good work, nde Abia North and the entire Abia State are happy with you.”
